Establish company-wide Project Management standards that are right-sized for the organization
Create report templates, document repositories, and Project Sites
Educate Project Managers and Technical Teams
Creating and Leading Project Management Offices
Manage Project Managers, Schedulers, and Project Coordinators to ensure that established standards are adhered to.
Create and implement Project Management documentation and processes to fit the needs of the organization
Educate Employees on new processes and facilitate the implementation
Track Capital Budgets
Provide status updates and communicate progress to Leadership and Stakeholders
Identify cash-flow requirements
Compile cost estimates for future projects
