  • Identify schedule constricnts between projects
  • Build Project budgets
  • Track Program level expenditures
  • Compile information across various projects and communicate program status to all  higher level stakeholders

Establishing Project Management Standards

  •  Establish company-wide Project Management standards that are right-sized for the organization
  • Create report templates, document repositories, and Project Sites
  • Educate Project Managers and Technical Teams

Creating and Leading Project Management Offices

  • Manage Project Managers, Schedulers, and Project Coordinators to ensure that established standards are adhered to. 
  • Create and implement Project Management documentation and processes to fit the needs of the organization
  • Educate Employees on new processes and facilitate the implementation
  • Track Capital Budgets
  • Provide status updates and communicate progress to Leadership and Stakeholders
  • Identify cash-flow requirements
  • Compile cost estimates for future projects
